How to Get Started

Monet Software will get you up and running fast, at a low monthly subscription and without time consuming implementation of traditional WFM software. Three simple steps is all it takes to start using WFM Live in your call center.

Easy and fast

Step 1 Sign up: Sign up for a month-to-month subscription of Monet WFM Live. A Monet customer success manager will be assigned to help you get started.
Step 2 Set up: We will set you up to use the core functionality forecasting, scheduling and staffing.
Step 3 Use it:  Start running your forecast, schedule and staffing using Monet. We provide unlimited telephone and email support, help with leveraging more advanced functionality like performance, intra-day management and real-time agent adherence with our plug-and-play ACD integration (optional).
